Don Pace

Sr. Wealth Advisor

“Enjoy your life each and every day. You can do anything, if you put your mind to it.”

From the time Don Pace graduated from high school, he knew he wanted to be part of the best. His determination for success and drive to perfection has made him one of the most sought-after financial and tax planners in South Texas.

After many years, he and his partner Conrad Netting together had grown their wealth management company, Netting & Pace, CPAs, into one of South Texas’ premiere investment, financial and tax planning organizations and now joined Exencial to continue the legacy.

With a lifelong interest in investing, finance and tax, Pace built his career at some of the most prestigious accounting firms in the country, including Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young).

Pace is a former U.S. Marine and holds a master of public accounting and a bachelor of science in civil engineering, both from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist with a Series 65 license.

Pace is a husband, father, amateur photographer and an avid cyclist. He has volunteered and lectured on behalf of numerous civic and professional organizations, with his most gratifying experience as a volunteer instructor for San Antonio’s Junior Achievement Program.
